Aqua HR was founded by Lucy Anderson in 2019.
Lucy has extensive experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development at a senior level across all sectors. She is a business-focused HR & OD professional who has worked as a People and Organisation Development Director in the commercial and third sectors, as well as holding senior operational roles in the public sector.
Lucy has comprehensive experience working with large and small scale organisations across all sectors, and with both UK based and international workforces. As a result she has an excellent understanding of organisational needs across all stages of the growth cycle. Skilled at flexing and delivering HR & OD interventions to complement business needs in the short term, Lucy is also able to offer solutions to future-proof your business. Lucy has an honours degree in Business and is fully CIPD qualified.
